Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece. From 6 pieces of the same piece and color, wholesale prices apply, and they keep dropping as quantities grow.
How do quantity prices work?
Each piece and color has its own price ladder. For example, 24 black beanies are priced at the 24-piece tier, and 24 white beanies in the same order are priced at the 24-piece tier too.
What do my customers pay?
We suggest a retail price of $35 per piece. That is what we charge on our own site, so we never undercut you.
How is it shipped, and how long does it take?
Embroidered to order and shipped with tracking in a plain, unbranded box, with no prices or invoices from our production partner inside. Delivery takes about 10 to 15 business days. We currently ship within the United States.
How do I pay? Will I get an invoice?
By card through Stripe, on a secure payment page. You enter your shop name, delivery and billing addresses and, if you like, your tax ID. A numbered invoice is emailed to you after payment.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What happens?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. Pieces are made to order, so we don't take returns for change of mind. See our Terms of Sale.
